"Mods will remain a free and open system where anyone can create and share what they'd like," Bethesda explained. Specific pricing was not announced, but Bethesda assured that this is not the return of paid mods, even if it sounds like it.
This ensures compatibility with the original game, official add-ons and achievements."Īccording to the FAQ, you will get access to the content by purchasing credits, which can be used for both Fallout 4 and Skyrim: Special Edition. Bethesda Game Studios developers work with Creators to iterate and polish their work along with full QA cycles. "Creations go through our full development pipeline, which Creators participate in. Once a concept is approved, a development schedule with Alpha, Beta, and Release milestones is created," reads a line from the Creation Club FAQ. It doesn't sound easy to become a Creator, however, as people must submit documentation pitches, which must then be approved by Bethesda. Community members who are accepted into the program will be paid for their work.
